What is ONDA?
The ONDA is a signature VSP treatment which uses Coolwave technology to target stubborn cellulite. This treatment involves transferring heat energy to subcutaneous fat cells whilst keeping the upper layers of skin cool. This means that the ONDA is much safer, less invasive and far more effective than similar fat loss and body sculpting treatments.
Although this is a highly effective treatment on its own, we find that the ONDA works best with our Lymphatic Massage therapy, as this helps the body to eliminate toxins and improve circulation.
The ONDA is brand new to the UK market and we were one of the first clinic’s in the country to offer this technology.
Please note: Each 15cm x 15cm area is counted as 1 session, and such, the price is based on each 15cm x 15cm area you have treated. You can have a maximum of 6 areas in one treatment. During your consultation, we will take time to understand your body goals and measure out your treatment areas to give you an accurate quote.

ONDA uses patented Coolwave™️ technology to treat localised fat deposits, cellulite and loose skin.
The ONDA uses the interaction between waves and fat tissue to stimulate metabolic modification of lipid content, which is then eliminated naturally. This treatment is non-invasive, relatively painless and safe.
The treatment cannot stop the formation of new cellulite or prevent future skin laxity or formation of new fat deposits. Maintenance treatments are necessary.
During the treatment you may experience slight discomfort in the form of tingling or heat. There may also be observable, temporary reddening of the skin due to the passage of the Coolwaves™️ causing subcutaneous heating.
There is no downtime and you can continue normal activity straight after your treatment. However, we advise our clients to avoid direct sunlight to the treatment area for 2 days. We also advise that our clients stay well hydrated and engage in light physical activity to help the body process the treatment.
Clients typically need 2 – 4 treatments to start seeing a difference. We recommend one treatment on each treatment area a month. After the initial treatment, we recommend 1 treatment every 3 months as maintenance.
However, during your consultation, once we have a better idea of your specific concerns, exact skin type, lifestyle, nutritional habits and medical history we will establish a treatment programme tailored to you. After your consultation, we will be able to better advise on the number of sessions you might need and at what intervals.
We often recommend mixed modality treatments, which are always supported by at-home treatments.
We always recommend home treatments together with lifestyle and nutritional adjustments to support all treatments in-clinic.
We also recommend coming in for maintenance appointments.
