Facials are a wonderful way to relax and have a number of positive benefits for the health of your skin. Facials promote healthy ageing, detoxification, blood circulation and a reduction in puffiness. They can also be tailored to address your skin concerns and are a great way to maintain your skin.
Each of our facials come in the following options:
- Express Facial: A quick “pick me up” treatment. Gives your skin a boost. A popular lunchtime treat.
- Full Facial: A luxury facial, which stimulates the facial muscles to help lift and firm the skin.
- Facial With Machines: A luxury facial with the added benefit of a specialist facial machine. Facial machines can enhance the effects of your treatment. Your VSP Therapist will select the most appropriate machine to add to your treatment, which may have the following effects: lifting, hydrating, smoothing and/or brightening.
Below are some of the facials we offer at VSP. You are, of course, welcome to pick your own facial. However, your VSP Therapist can recommend a facial for you, based on your concerns and the condition of your skin on the day.

Facial machines can enhance the effects of your treatment,. Your VSP Therapist will select the most appropriate machine to add to your treatment, which may have the following effects: lifting, hydrating, smoothing and brightening the skin. - Hand Massage
Add a relaxing 10-minute hand massage to your treatment. Perfect for tired, stressed-out hands. Hand massages increase your range of movement and improve overall hand strength. - LED
The LED treatment can be tailored to your skin concerns. LED lights are particularly useful for targeting signs of ageing, acne and healing scars. - BOA Max 2 – Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This treatment promotes wellness through massage, focused on draining the lymphatic system. This treatment has various benefits including a boosted immune system, slimming, cellulite reduction and pain management. - Touch Therapy
This soothing treatment activates pressure points on the face, relieving tension and inducing a relaxed state of mind. - Ice Ball Massage
Ice cold glass balls are applied using synchronised movements for 10 minutes in order to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems, reducing any puffiness whilst calming the skin.

FAQs
Before your treatment, you will receive a complementary 15-minute skin consultation, in which your therapist will advise the most appropriate treatment and skincare for you. During the treatment, you can expect to feel relaxed. Your skin will be cleansed using soothing massage movements, and the cleanser will leave your skin fresh and supple. The toner will then regulate the skin’s moisture content and the mild peel will gently remove dry, rough patches of skin leaving the skin fresh, revitalised and with a refined complexion. The massage supports the skin’s barrier function, preventing dehydration. If you opt for the Full Facial experience, you will also have a mask therapy, which is a soothing, calming treatment. If you opt for the Full Facial with Machines, you will get a mask treatment together with electrical facial therapy.
Facial machines intensify the effects of your treatment, your VSP Therapist will select the most appropriate machine to add to your treatment, which may have the following effects: lifting, hydrating, smoothing and/or brightening.
We recommend for clients to have a minimum of 1 facial per month, supported by a prescribed home treatment plan. Whether you have a specific skin concern or not, during your consultation, once we have a better idea of your exact skin type, lifestyle, nutritional habits and medical history, we will establish a treatment programme tailored to you, where we will be able to better advise you on the number of sessions you might need and at what intervals. We often recommend mixed modality treatments, which are always supported by at-home treatments.
We always recommend home treatments together with lifestyle and nutritional adjustments to support all treatments in-clinic.
Homecare maintains and optimises the skin, and when treating skin concerns, is just as important as in-clinic treatments. Prescribed skincare maintains the integrity of your skin barrier, protecting from the constant external factors that stress and damage the skin.
